Metal carved panels are primarily composed of three layers: a surface layer of Al-Zn coated steel treated with a special process, a core layer of rigid polyurethane foam for thermal insulation, and an inner moisture-proof layer of aluminum foil or fiberglass cloth.
These panels are widely used in projects such as municipal infrastructure, apartment complexes, office buildings, villas, landscaped areas, building renovations, and security booths. They are suitable for new construction-including brick-concrete, frame, and steel structures, as well as lightweight buildings-and for energy-efficient decorative retrofitting of existing structures.
Specific application sites include commercial buildings, airports, high-speed rail and other transport stations, subways, sports facilities, schools, hospitals, hotels, and tunnels. They are utilized in various locations and forms, including exterior curtain walls, interior ceilings and wall surfaces, privacy screens, and column or beam cladding.
