Structurally, SPC flooring typically consists of a wear layer, a decorative layer, a core layer, and an acoustic underlayment. Each layer serves a specific function:
Surface UV/Antibacterial Layer: Offers wear resistance, slip resistance, and ease of cleaning. Thickness ranges from 0.3mm to 0.5mm, with high-grade products generally meeting Class 23/33 standards.
Decorative Layer: Features high-definition wood grain printing that creates a natural texture, making it visually almost indistinguishable from solid wood.
Core Layer (SPC Core): Formed by integrally pressing stone powder and resin; it offers high stability and contains no glue.
IXPE Acoustic Underlayment: Provides shock absorption, sound insulation, and cushioning, while also enhancing underfoot comfort.
Taking Youshengmei SPC flooring as an example, it utilizes an integrated molding structure; the 6mm-thick flooring includes a 1mm IXPE acoustic underlay, which not only facilitates easy installation but also eliminates the need for additional construction steps.
