The base materials for metal carved panels primarily consist of Al-Zn coated steel sheets and aluminum alloy sheets.
Al-Zn coated steel panels are manufactured entirely on automated CNC production lines; their surfaces are embossed with various textures-such as brick, stone, or wood grain patterns-and undergo treatments like high-temperature baking finishes.
Aluminum alloy panels utilize alloys such as A3003 and A1100, with thicknesses ranging from 1.0 mm to 3.0 mm. Patterns are created using processes like CNC punching or laser engraving, while surface treatments include fluorocarbon coating, baked enamel, powder coating, wood grain transfer, and anodizing or electroplating.
