2. Physical Properties
WPC doors are waterproof, moisture-proof, corrosion-resistant, mold-resistant, and insect-proof; they do not warp or crack. They feature a sound structural design, high strength, durability, and a long service life.
3. Functional Performance
WPC doors offer excellent thermal insulation, with a heat transfer coefficient of approximately 1 W/m²·K, meeting the GB/T16729-1997 Class I standard. They also provide good sound insulation, achieving a sound insulation rating of Class 6.
4. Safety Performance
WPC doors exhibit excellent flame-retardant properties; they do not support combustion when exposed to an open flame and are self-extinguishing once the source is removed. They can achieve a B1 fire rating (with an oxygen index of up to 48).
5. Ease of Installation
WPC doors utilize a quick-installation structure; the door frame and casing connect via a snap-fit mechanism, eliminating the need for nail guns or adhesives, thereby saving time and effort during installation.
6. Appearance
Through techniques such as thermal transfer printing, vacuum lamination, or lacquer coating, WPC doors can feature a variety of wood-grain finishes. While the imitation-wood effect is highly realistic, they lack the natural texture and grain feel of real wood.
